Tedy Bruschi is the heart and soul of the New England Patriots- and a fan favorite. A linebacker with the team since 1996, Bruschi always seems to be in on every other tackle and sack. Most of the ensuing physical problems subsided soon after and following intensive rehabilitation, Bruschi, who had initially said he planned to sit out the 2005-06 season, was cleared by doctors to resuming playing.
